Hi, I’m Amy Casey. I am a wife, mother of 3 amazing children and 2 dogs, a Registered Nurse (RN), and a Certified Marquette Method Instructor (MMCP).

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. I worked for 15 years as a pediatric oncology nurse in a hospital before making the move to school nursing in 2021. I have always loved the education component of being a nurse. I enjoy breaking down the intricacies of the human body into bite-sized, tangible pieces that people of all ages can understand.

My Natural Family Planning Journey

In my fertility journey, I have experienced a diagnosis of PCOS, physical complications to conception that led to years of infertility, and a second trimester loss of a child. Looking back on my journey thus far, I wish I had known about and practiced the Marquette Method sooner.

I first learned about the Marquette Method breastfeeding protocol in 2023, after my husband and I had our third child. Practicing this method helped me to feel more in tune with my hormonal and overall physical health. As soon as I learned the Marquette Method and started practicing it, I felt a fire within me to become an instructor so I could teach more people about the beauty of this method of natural family planning.

As an RN, I love the holistic approach to caring for my God-given fertility that the Marquette Method offers. It is more objective than other NFP methods, so there is less second guessing oneself while reading the body’s symptoms of ovulation.

My mission—and joy—is teaching women and couples in all stages of their fertility journey to understand and appreciate the beauty and details of their fertility!
