Meet Theresa
Theresa Stujenske, PhD, RN, MMCP
Certified Marquette Method Instructor
Pennsylvania
One-on-one, personalized training in the Marquette Method, in-person and online
I am a nurse scientist and my research focuses on reproductive health, menstrual cycle physiology, and the integration of self-tracked hormonal data into clinical and research settings.
My natural family planning (NFP) journey began during my doctoral training at Marquette University, where I was first introduced to the Marquette Method. Captivated by its scientific foundation and practical application, my husband and I have successfully used the Marquette Method to support our family planning since 2019.
Motivated by my own experience and my passion for empowering women and couples, I became a certified Marquette Method instructor. I am committed to helping others gain knowledge of their menstrual cycles and fertility, and to fostering confidence in using that information for family planning and overall health management.
As both a researcher and instructor, I strive to bridge science and lived experience—integrating real-world needs into my ongoing research on biomarkers of menstrual health and the clinical utility of self-tracked reproductive data.
